In the era of energy saving and emission reduction and green development,improving the energy utilization efficiency of waste gas treatment equipment and reducing the operation energy consumption of waste gas purification system are of great significance for the realization of cleaner production,pollution reduction,energy saving and efficiency of industrial enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current energy consumption of waste gas treatment equipment,the energy consumption characteristics of typical waste gas treatment processes such as activated carbon adsorption,catalytic combustion and regenerative combustion(RTO)are analyzed.An energy efficiency evaluation method based on the combination of data statistics and thermal testing is put forward,and strategies and paths for energy saving transformation are proposed from the aspects of optimizing process parameters,improving equipment operation,and strengthening heat recovery,so as to provide decision-making reference for energy saving,emission reduction and green upgrading of industrial waste gas purification system.
