摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,电梯作为现代建筑中的重要交通工具,其安全性和可靠性日益受到关注.围绕电梯关键部件的振动特性与故障预警方法展开讨论,通过选择合适的实验电梯和合理的实验环境设置,采集了丰富的振动数据.研究深入分析了振动信号的时域和频域特征,揭示了电梯在不同工况下的振动响应规律,旨在通过深入分析电梯关键部件的振动信号特征,建立一种有效的故障诊断模型,为电梯的安全运行提供技术支撑.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,elevators,as an important means of transportation in modern buildings,are increasingly concerned about their safety and reliability.This research focuses on the vibration characteristics and fault warning methods of key components in elevators.By selecting appropriate experimental elevators and setting reasonable experimental environments,rich vibration data was collected.This research deeply analyzes the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of vibration signals,revealing the vibration response laws of elevators under different working conditions.The aim is to establish an effective fault diagnosis model through in-depth analysis of the vibration signal characteristics of key components of elevators,and provide technical support for the safe operation of elevators.
