The purpose is to develop an intelligent monitoring and fault early warning system to improve the management level of mechanical equipment in the construction site.This system adopts advanced sensor technology,Internet of Things(IoT),big data analysis and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithm to realize real-time monitoring,data acquisition and condition evaluation of construction machinery and equipment.The experimental results show that the intelligent monitoring and fault early warning system can significantly improve the management efficiency of mechanical equipment in the construction site,reduce the failure rate,reduce the maintenance cost and effectively ensure the construction safety.
