摘要
随着航空工业的快速发展,航空发动机作为飞机的核心部件,其润滑系统的污染问题是影响发动机寿命和性能的关键因素之一.在分析航空发动机润滑系统污染的主要危害的基础上,探讨了金属屑污染、水分污染产生的主要原因,并提出了飞机维修时航空发动机润滑系统的污染防控措施,旨在有效控制润滑系统的污染,提高发动机的运行可靠性和使用寿命.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the aviation industry,as the core component of aircraft,the pollution problem of the lubrication system of aircraft engines is one of the key factors affecting the engine life and performance.In response to this,this study is based on the analyzes of the main hazards of pollution in the lubrication system of aircraft engines,explores the main causes of metal chip pollution and moisture pollution,and proposes pollution prevention and control measures for the lubrication system of aircraft engines during maintenance,aiming to effectively control the pollution of the lubrication system,improve the operational reliability and service life of the engine.
