为解决地铁盾构隧道机电设备安装过程中对结构的损伤,盾构隧道管片预埋槽道技术发展迅速.在新型外置槽道技术的实际应用中,无需破坏隧道主体,便可达到降低成本、缩短安装时间,并降低维护成本的目的.通过对管片预埋槽道的拉伸、剪切和滑移能力进行试验,以验证其机械性能,确认外置槽道技术的可行性和安全性.开发3种工件对槽道的现场机械性能进行检测,以确保其满足设计要求,为城市轨道管线及设备安装中的应用提供技术参考.
To solve the structural damage caused by the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in subway shield tunnels,the technology of pre embedded tunnel segments has developed rapidly.In the practical application of the new external channel technology,there is no need to damage the tunnel body,which can reduce costs,shorten installation time,and lower maintenance costs.This article conducts tests on the tensile,shear,and sliding capabilities of pre embedded channel segments to verify their mechanical properties and confirm the feasibility and safety of external channel technology.Develop three types of workpieces to test the on-site mechanical performance of the groove,in order to ensure that it meets the design requirements and provide technical reference for the application of urban rail pipelines and equipment installation.
