摘要

石化行业涉及的介质具有易燃、易爆特点,因此,加强防爆电气设备选型及安全应用方面的研究,在确保安全生产、运营上具有重要意义.在分析石化企业电气设备本质安全防爆技术特点的基础上,结合防爆配电箱、防爆电机、防爆仪表等典型案例,深入探讨了本质安全防爆技术在电气设备改造中的实际应用.针对存在的问题,提出了健全标准规范、加强型式试验、强化全生命周期管理、加大新技术研发、提升人员素质等方面的对策建议.

Abstract

The media involved in the petrochemical industry are flammable and explosive,so strengthening research on the selection and safe application of explosion-proof electrical equipment is of great significance in ensuring safe production and operation.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of intrinsic safety explosion-proof technology for electrical equipment in petrochemical enterprises,it combines typical cases such as explosion-proof distribution boxes,explosion-proof motors,and explosion-proof instruments to deeply explore the practical application of intrinsic safety explosion-proof technology in electrical equipment renovation.Suggestions have been put forward to address the existing problems,including improving standard specifications,strengthening type testing,enhancing full lifecycle management,increasing research and development of new technologies,and enhancing personnel quality.
