摘要
针对大批量的波导卡子,通过改进其成形工艺方法来提高生产效率.采用折弯成形的方法并引入工装模具对波导卡子进行加工,可以节省人力和原材料.该成形工艺的改进可以有效地解决波导卡子大批量生产难题,并结合折弯成形的不足提出了波导卡子标准化的构想.
Abstract
In workshop production,for a large number of waveguide clips,the production efficiency can be improved by improving the forming process.It can save manpower and raw materials to a certain extent by using bending forming method and instroducing tooling die to process the waveguide clip.The improvement of the forming process can effectively solve the problem of mass production of waveguide clips,and the idea of standardization of waveguide clips is put forward in combination with the shortcomings of bending forming.
