摘要
为促使汽车行业的绿色环保发展,需要对当前的汽车行业进行改进与优化.其中,轻量化是汽车行业发展一种绿色环保方式,温热成形技术是铝合金板材的主要加工方式,而铝合金板材因其低密度、高比强度和良好的耐腐蚀性能可为汽车轻量化奠定基础.结合铝合金板材的特点,对温热成形技术进行了概述,并详细分析了铝合金板材温热成形技术,探讨了汽车用铝合金板材的温热成形工艺,为汽车制造业提供技术支持和创新思路.
Abstract
In order to promote the green and environmentally friendly development of the automotive industry,it is necessary to improve and optimize the current automotive industry.Among them,lightweighting is a green and environmentally friendly way for the development of the automotive industry.Warm forming technology is the main processing method for aluminum alloy sheets,and lightweight aluminum alloy sheets can lay the foundation for automotive lightweighting due to their low density,high specific strength,and good corrosion resistance.Based on this,this article combines the characteristics of aluminum alloy sheets and provides an overview of warm forming technology.It analyzes the warm forming technology of aluminum alloy sheets in detail,explores the warm forming process of aluminum alloy sheets for automobiles,and provides technical support and innovative ideas for the automotive manufacturing industry.
