摘要

为了优化复杂结构钣金模具的冲压成形工艺,提高成形精度与生产效率,通过对模具结构、材料变形机理以及工艺参数的系统分析,提出了优化方案,并通过实验验证了方案的有效性.结果表明,优化后的工艺能显著提升钣金件的成形质量,降低生产成本,具有较高的工程应用价值.

Abstract

In order to optimize the stamping process of complex structure sheet metal molds,improve forming accuracy and production efficiency.This article proposes an optimization plan through a systematic analysis of die structure,material deformation mechanism,and process parameters,and verifies the effectiveness of the plan through experiments.The results indicate that the optimized process can significantly improve the forming quality of sheet metal parts,reduce production costs,and has high engineering application value.
