摘要
厚壁件产品由于壁厚的原因,有着更为优秀的光学性能、更立体的造型.在人们对于车灯产品要求更高的今天,已成为车灯总成中不可或缺的一部分.产品厚度大,在生产过程中容易出现水波纹、缩痕,且成型周期长.越厚的产品需要的保压时间越长,这样会导致产品在模具中的抱紧力大,并使外观面上条纹容易出现拉伤.介绍了一种3工位模具设计方法——将厚壁产品拆成多层,单次成型较小壁厚产品,分多次成型,可有效避免厚壁件产品成型时出现的各种问题,且可大大缩短成型周期,提升生产效率.
Abstract
Because of the wall thickness,the thick wall products have better optical performance and more three-dimensional shape,and have become an indispensable part of the lamp assembly in today's people's higher requirements for the lamp products.The thickness of the product is large,it is easy to appear ripple and shrinkage marks in the production process,and the molding cycle is long.Thicker products need longer pressure holding time,which will lead to a large holding force of the product in the mold,resulting in streaks on the appearance of the surface prone to strain.This paper introduces a design method of three-station mold,that is,the thick-walled product is divided into multiple layers,and the smaller wall thickness product is formed once and then formed several times.Effectively avoid all kinds of problems in the molding of thick wall parts.And can greatly shorten the molding cycle,improve production efficiency.
