摘要

模流分析技术被广泛用于优化塑件设计和预测注射成型缺陷.基于工程应用经验,指出了模流分析技术在评估和解决塑件翘曲变形时存在的主要难题.分析了模流分析流程中存在的每一种误差来源,并指明了对应的解决措施.给出了依据模流结果制作预变形的基本原理和应用方法,并取得了良好成果,为模具行业相关技术人员提供参考.

Abstract

Mold flow analysis technique was widely used to optimize the design of plastic parts and to predict the molding defects of injection.Main problems of evaluating and resolving the warp or deflection of plastic parts by mold flow analysis were pointed out based on actual applied experience.Every source of error existed in the process of mold flow was described and corresponding method was shown clearly.Some basic principles and applied methods of designing pre-deflection according to mold flow results were given and good effects were obtained,which will be of great benefit to relevant technical personnel.
