摘要

针对农用三通接头中存在的内外螺纹脱模与复合扣位抽芯相干涉的问题,设计了具有侧抽芯和脱螺纹机构的模具结构.通过MoldFlow进行最佳浇口位置分析,确定了进胶方案.采用油缸驱动的镶拼式滑块解决了塑件中存在的复合扣位抽芯问题;对于外螺纹脱模,设计了斜导柱驱动的对称滑块结构;对于内螺纹脱模,则采用电机驱动齿轮从而带动螺纹型芯进行脱模.整体模具结构紧凑合理,抽芯与脱螺纹机构动作可靠,有利于生产制造成本的降低,能为同类塑件的成型模具设计提供有益参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the interference between internal and external thread demoulding and compound buckle core pulling,three-way plastic parts,the mold structure with side core pulling and thread stripping mechanism was designed.The problem of compound buckling and core-pulling in plastic parts is solved by using oil cylinder-driven mosaic slider.For external thread demoulding,the symmetrical slider structure driven by inclined guide pillar is designed.For internal thread demoulding,the motor is used to drive the gear to drive the thread core to demould.The overall mold structure is compact and reasonable,and the core-pulling and thread-removing mechanism is reliable,which is conducive to the reduction of manufacturing cost and can provide a useful reference for the design of the injection mold of similar plastic parts.
