基于特种机器人柔性制造生产线的物流模型研究

以特种机器人轴类零件和法兰类零件柔性制造生产线为研究对象,综合利用三维建模仿真、面向对象程序设计和物流仿真等技术,依据轴类零件和法兰类零件机械加工工艺特点和生产线控制流程,建立具有生产线制造过程仿真、工艺流程优化、机器人轨迹规划和碰撞检测等功能的柔性制造生产线仿真模型.分析了生产线的产量、单个工件生产耗时、设备利用率等,并对比分析不同方式优化后的数据.结果表明,柔性制造产线工艺路线优化对生产线的产能有一定提升,基于精益生产的生产线平衡优化能大幅提升产能以及显著减少单个工件生产耗时,可以一定限度加快开发进度,节省成本.
Research on Logistics Model of Flexible Manufacturing Production Line Based on Special Robots
This article takes the flexible manufacturing production line for special robot shaft and flange parts as the research object,and comprehensively uses 3D modeling simulation,object-oriented programming,and logistics simulation technology,based on the mechanical processing technology characteristics of shaft and flange parts and the production line control process,to establish a flexible manufacturing production line simulation model with functions such as manufacturing process simulation,process flow optimization,robot trajectory planning,and collision detection.Analyze production line output,individual workpiece production time,equipment utilization,etc.,and compare and analyze data optimized by different methods.The results show that the flexible manufacturing line process route optimization can improve the production line capacity;the production line balance optimization based on lean production can greatly improve the production capacity and significantly reduce individual workpiece production time,which can speed up development progress and save costs to a certain extent.
