摘要
针对传统工业机器人控制系统存在的柔性差、集成度低等问题,提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的工业机器人控制系统设计方案.该方案采用模块化设计思路,通过PLC实现运动控制、轨迹规划、信号处理等功能,并选用高性能伺服驱动系统和传感器,构建了一套高度集成、实时性强的机器人控制系统.
Abstract
This article proposes a design scheme for industrial robot control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)to address the problems of poor flexibility and low integration in traditional industrial robot control systems.This scheme adopts a modular design approach,implementing functions such as motion control,trajectory planning,and signal processing through PLC.High performance servo drive systems and sensors are selected to construct a highly integrated and real-time robot control system.
