摘要

阐述了现代车削加工技术在提升生产效率、改善加工精度和优化表面质量等方面的优势.研究采用实证对比实验的方法验证现代车削加工技术对传统车工技能的影响,通过选取先进数控加工设备和传统普通车床,对典型轴类零件进行了加工对比.结果表明,现代数控车削技术在加工精度、表面质量和生产效率等方面对传统车工产生了巨大的影响.

Abstract

This article elaborates on the advantages of modern turning technology in improving production efficiency,enhancing machining accuracy,and optimizing surface quality.The study uses empirical comparative experiments to verify the impact of modern turning technology on traditional lathe skills.By selecting advanced CNC machining equipment and traditional ordinary lathes,typical shaft parts are machined and compared.The results indicate that modern CNC turning technology has had a significant impact on traditional lathe workers in terms of machining accuracy,surface quality,and production efficiency.
