This study addresses the challenges of rapid heating and temperature uniformity in 3D printer heat beds by conducting a systematic optimization of material selection,circuit design,and temperature control systems.Experimental analysis confirms the effectiveness of the proposed optimizations,demonstrating significant improvements in heating efficiency and temperature stability,while reducing energy consumption.These advancements support the efficient application of 3D printing technology.
