On the basis of effectively sorting out the policy evolution and academic logic,vocational colleges should clarify the value and implication of the teaching reform of"course and credit integration".This paper addresses the problems in the innovation of talent training,the lack of industry orientation,the insufficient integration of teaching resources,the unsound educational guarantee system and the lagging evaluation mechanism.According to the policy requirements and academic logic thoughts,vocational colleges can take measures to reform the talent training program,puts forward the integration of production and teaching,improve the operation guarantee mechanism and the"course credit integration"evaluation system,so as to improve the quality of talent training in the professional group of higher vocational colleges.
