产教融合下应用型本科模具实践课程教学内容探索

通过建立校企联动产教融合协同育人合作模式,学生在企业进行协作实习,熟悉模具设计流程和手段,提高了岗位胜任力和就业竞争力.同时,为了探索模具实践课程教学内容,校企合作的双导师整合现有的工程案例,使其融入实践教学.基于工程案例对现有教材的教学内容进行了升级,形成了"基础知识+基本(典型)结构零件+模具工程案例"的3大教学内容模块,学生在学校提前进行企业实习环节预热,入职后可以达到"上手快、基础牢"的增益效果.
Exploring the Teaching Content of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Die&Mold Practice Course under the Integration of Production and Teaching
Through the establishment of school-enterprise linkage,production-education integration and collaborative education cooperation mode,students have collaborative practice in enterprises and become familiar with die&mold design process and means.Improve post competence and employment competitiveness;At the same time,in order to explore the teaching content of die&mold practice courses,the double tutors of school-enterprise cooperation integrate existing engineering cases and integrate them into practical teaching.Based on engineering cases,the teaching content of existing textbooks is upgraded to form three major teaching content modules of"basic knowledge+basic(typical)structural parts+die&mold engineering cases".Students preheat the enterprise practice in advance in school,and can achieve the gain effect of"fast learning and solid foundation"after entering the school.
