Research and Discussion on the Forming Process of Linear Guides
Linear guide is an important component of linear guide pair,and its accuracy and quality directly determine the performance of linear guide pair,which in turn affects the overall equipment performance.The main methods for forming linear guides are hot stamping and cold drawing.This studies the processing technology of these two types of linear guides,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes,explores the reasons why cold drawing processing replaces hot stamping processing,and clarifies that cold drawing forming will become the mainstream method for processing linear guides due to its many advantages.
