Technology and Problem Analysis for Improving Machining Accuracy of CNC Machine Tools
The machining accuracy of CNC machine tools is the core indicator for measuring their performance,which directly affects product quality and market competitiveness.This research analyzes the key factors that affect the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools from a system perspective,and summarizes the core technical paths for improving machining accuracy based on machine tool body structure optimization,comprehensive error compensation,and cutting parameter and tool optimization.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to address the difficulties in the implementation of precision control technology,such as the integration of online monitoring and closed-loop control,multi-source thermal deformation prediction and compensation,and intelligent suppression of complex vibrations.The research results are of great significance in guiding the continuous improvement of machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.
