摘要
增材制造技术近年来迅猛发展,融合了先进制造、数字化制造、智能制造以及绿色制造等理念,显现出极大的应用潜力.无损检测技术是产品质量控制中不可或缺的基础技术,特别是在增材制造领域,它能够实现对所有产品的非破坏性检测,并且能够在制造过程中实时进行,达成对加工过程的在线反馈调节,进而减少废品率、提升制件品质.增材制造技术与无损检测技术的结合,为提升产品质量和可靠性提供了全新的解决方案,未来于工业应用中具有广阔的前景.详细介绍超声无损检测技术在增材制造检测领域的应用现状和研究进展.
Abstract
Additive manufacturing technology has developed rapidly in recent years,integrating advanced manufacturing,digital manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,and green manufacturing concepts,demonstrating great potential for application.Non destructive testing technology is an indispensable basic technology in product quality control,especially in the field of additive manufacturing.It can achieve non-destructive testing of all products and can be carried out in real-time during the manufacturing process,achieving online feedback adjustment of the processing process,thereby reducing the scrap rate and improving the quality of the parts.The combination of additive manufacturing technology and non-destructive testing technology provides a new solution for improving product quality and reliability,and has broad prospects in industrial applications in the future.It will provide a detailed introduction to the current application status and research progress of ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology in the field of additive manufacturing testing.
