部分钢材工件在经过热处理后会出现变形的情况,影响变形的主要因素有材质、工件加热及冷却过程中产生的组织应力及热应力、吊装及装炉方式、加热温度、冷却方式、冷却介质、冷却速度等.针对实际生产厂工件发生变形的问题,提出避免工件变形的解决方法,有效解决实际生产过程中热处理后工件变形的问题,以提高产品质量.
Analysis of Deformation Factors in Workpiece Heat Treatment and Discussion on Control Methods
Some steel workpieces may deform after heat treatment,and the main factors affecting deformation include material,tissue stress and thermal stress generated during the heating and cooling process of the workpiece,lifting and loading methods,heating temperature,cooling method,cooling medium,cooling speed,etc.Based on the problem of deformation of workpieces in actual production plants,solutions to avoid workpiece deformation are proposed to effectively solve the problem of workpiece deformation after heat treatment in the actual production process,in order to improve product quality.
