摘要
随着制造业的快速发展,压铸作为一种重要的金属成型工艺,在机械制造领域占据重要地位.压铸模压力控制技术作为保证产品质量和生产效率的关键技术之一,其研究和应用受到了广泛关注,通过对压铸模压力控制技术的深入研究,提出有效的控制策略,并通过案例分析验证其实用性和有效性,为提高压铸件质量和生产效率提供理论依据和技术支持.
Abstract
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,die casting,as an important metal forming process,occupies an important position in the field of machinery manufacturing.Die-casting die pressure control technology is one of the key technologies to ensure product quality and production efficiency,and its research and application have attracted wide attention.It aims to put forward effective control strategies through in-depth research on die-casting die pressure control technology,and verify its practicability and effectiveness through case analysis,so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving die-casting quality and production efficiency.
