加工工艺设计是模具制造业中的重要环节,传统的工艺设计面临效率低、质量不稳定、人工干预多、工时和工期不准确等问题,亟须优化.结合注射模制造过程中模具零件加工,采用基于人工智能的计算机辅助工艺设计系统(AICAPP:Artifixial Intelligence Computer Aided Process Planning)进行工艺设计的案例,研究了一套基于大数据分析与智能算法为基础,通过AICAPP系统智能推送最优工艺路线进行自动化工艺设计的方案.包括标准工艺数据库、标准工时库、成本核算模块等,探索基于人工智能的计算机辅助艺设计系统在模具加工中的应用,推动传统制造向数字化、智能化转型.
Research on Computer Aided Process Design System Based on Artificial Intelligence in Mold Manufacturing
Process design is an important part of the mold manufacturing industry.Traditional process design faces problems such as low efficiency,unstable quality,excessive manual intervention,and inaccurate working hours and schedules,which urgently need to be optimized.It combines the processing of mold parts in the manufacturing process of injection molds and uses an AI based computer-aided process planning system(AICAPP)for process design.It studies a set of automated process design solutions based on big data analysis and intelligent algorithms,using the AICAPP system to intelligently push the optimal process route.Including standard process database,standard working hours database,cost accounting module,etc.,the aim is to explore the application of computer-aided process design system based on artificial intelligence in mold processing,and promote the transformation of traditional manufacturing towards digitization and intelligence.
