摘要
随形水路是一种新型水路结构,并且推广于模具工程中.针对传统的设计方法,不仅需要耗费较多的时间,还很容易出现问题.因此,创新设计制造方法尤为重要.在注射模设计生产过程中不断利用各种信息技术,其中3D打印技术发挥重要作用,本研究结合注射模随形水路零件制造技术发展情况,分析了3D打印技术的应用,对实际制造工作发挥出参考作用,保证零件制造质量,优化相应零件的使用性能.
Abstract
Random waterway is a new type of waterway structure and is widely used in mold engineering.Traditional design methods not only require a lot of time,but are also prone to problems,so innovative design and manufacturing methods are needed.In the process of designing and producing injection molds,various information technologies are constantly utilized,among which 3D printing technology plays an important role.This research combines the development of manufacturing technology for injection mold shaped waterway parts,mainly analyzes the application of 3D printing technology,which plays a reference role in actual manufacturing work,ensures the quality of part manufacturing,and optimizes the performance of corresponding parts.
