当前设备缺陷检测集成平台功能多局限于局域,处理速度慢,频次低.为此设计基于多工位视觉检测的设备缺陷检测集成平台.首先接入控制装置,设计核心电路,完成硬件设计.采用多工位视觉检测技术,提升集成处理速度,完成设备缺陷集成功能模块的构建,并与自适应集成处理数据库建立联系.测试显示,在5组随机选定的测试工位中,经过3个周期对比,设备缺陷集成处理频次均达到25次以上.这表明多工位视觉检测技术有效提升了平台的应用效率和稳定性,实现了多维核验实践.
Design of Integrated Platform for Equipment Defect Detection Based on Multi-Station Visual Inspection
At present,the functions of the equipment defect detection integrated platform are mostly limited to the local area,and the processing speed is slow and the frequency is low.Therefore,an integrated equipment defect detection platform based on multi-station visual inspection is designed.First access the control device,design the core circuit,complete the hardware design.The multi-station visual inspection technology is adopted to improve the integrated processing speed,complete the construction of the equipment defect integration function module,and establish a connection with the adaptive integrated processing database.The test shows that in 5 randomly selected test stations,after three cycles of comparison,the integrated processing frequency of equipment defects reaches more than 25 times.This shows that the multi-station visual inspection technology effectively improves the application efficiency and stability of the platform,and realizes the multi-dimensional verification practice.
