Research on Elevator Vibration Fault Warning Model Based on Sensor Data Analysis
With the widespread application of elevators in daily life and work,the importance of elevator fault diagnosis technology is increasingly prominent.This research introduces an elevator fault diagnosis method based on sensor data analysis,covering the development history of fault diagnosis technology,common types of elevator faults related to vibration,the basic principles and methods of vibration frequency analysis,as well as the process and countermeasures of fault diagnosis.This research is based on a sensor data analysis method for elevator fault diagnosis,aiming to help elevator maintenance personnel and users diagnose and handle faults faster and better,and improve the safety and reliability of elevators.
