摘要
近年来,随着润滑油添加剂的更换,以及对振动性能的严格要求,轴承的装配间隙被缩小至下限,且为节能而采用的节流轴承等措施,导致润滑油在高温条件下出现碳化现象且日益严重.这一变化使得轴承表面漆膜问题频繁出现,严重影响了设备的运行稳定性和使用寿命.点总结漆膜问题出现后的相关故障特征,探讨漆膜形成的原因,并提出有效的解决方案,以期为轴承的维护与管理提供理论依据和实践指导.
Abstract
In recent years,with the replacement of lubricating oil additives,and the strict requirements for vibration performance,the assembly clearance of bearings has been reduced to the lower limit,and measures such as throttling bearings used for energy saving have led to the carbonization of lubricating oil under high temperature conditions.This change makes the bearing surface paint film problems occur frequently,seriously affecting the operating stability and service life of the equipment.This research will focus on summarizing the relevant fault characteristics of the paint film problem,explore the causes of the formation of the paint film,and put forward effective solutions,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the maintenance and management of bearings.
