摘要
起重机的可靠性与液压油的污染状况具有密切的关系,轮式起重机液压系统对油液品质的分析与控制研究,在液压系统的故障诊断、维修及使用过程中发挥着十分重要的作用.轮式起重机的液压系统比较复杂,以往的维修经验判断液压系统的故障相对比较困难,导致起重机设备缺乏及时维修,从而缩短其使用寿命.主要介绍了油品污染对起重机的危害,对液压系统油品实时检测监控,并将监控到的数据发送至云平台,以便故障诊断系统分析.一旦液压系统出现故障,故障诊断系统会及时发出预警并给出解决方案,以提高设备的可靠性和使用效率.
Abstract
The reliability of cranes is closely related to the pollution status of hydraulic oil.The analysis and control of oil quality in the hydraulic system of wheeled cranes play a very important role in the fault diagnosis,maintenance,and use of hydraulic systems.The hydraulic system of a wheeled crane is relatively complex,and past maintenance experience has made it difficult to diagnose faults in the hydraulic system,resulting in a lack of timely maintenance of the crane equipment and reducing its service life.This study mainly introduces the harm of oil pollution to cranes,and real-time detection and monitoring of hydraulic system oil.The monitored data is sent to the cloud platform for fault diagnosis system analysis.Once the hydraulic system fails,the fault diagnosis system issues a warning in a timely manner and provides a solution to improve the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
