Artificial Intelligence Based Safety Inspection Technology for Mechanical Manufacturing and Processing Equipment
Traditional manual detection methods are no longer sufficient to meet the safety management needs of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment.Therefore,this proposes a safety detection technology for mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment based on artificial intelligence,aiming to improve the safe operation level of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment,and ensure the safety and efficiency of industrial production.Firstly,the safety inspection issues of mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment were elaborated,and a detailed safety inspection architecture for mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment was designed.Secondly,a device security detection algorithm based on generative adversarial networks was proposed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm were verified through experimental results analysis.The results indicate that the safety detection technology for mechanical manufacturing and processing equipment based on artificial intelligence can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of safety detection,reduce the failure rate and safety accident occurrence rate.
