西部矿区可注断层破碎带注浆加固特性试验研究

注浆改造含水层是治理西部矿区砂岩水害最为直接且有效的手段.为了探究不同因素对西部矿区可注断层破碎带注浆加固特性的影响,设计了可注性试验、单轴抗压强度试验、渗透性试验来研究不同因素对浆液可注性和在完全可注的前提下注浆加固效果的影响规律及结果.研究结果表明:水灰比为 1.5∶1 时,注浆加固体的强度已达到现场应用的标准,并与水灰比为1∶1 时的抗渗效果几乎相同且良好;在养护龄期为 14 d时,水灰比为 1∶1、1.5∶1 这 2 种情况下的注浆加固体强度均达到现场应用的标准,并与养护龄期为 28 d时的抗渗效果几乎相同且良好.根据研究结论和现场实际,选择水灰比为 1.5∶1 的浆液应用到注浆工程中,注浆后各钻孔吸水率均不大于临界值 0.01 L/(min·m·m)且注浆量由平均 1 317.81 t下降至平均 80.2 t,注浆效果明显且良好,为矿井安全开采和西部矿区水资源生态保护提供了保障.
Experimental study on grouting reinforcement characteristics of groutable fault fracture zone in western mining area
Grouting transformation of aquifer is the most direct and effective means to control sandstone water disasters in western mining areas.In order to explore the influence of different factors on the grouting reinforcement characteristics of groutable fault fracture zone in western mining area,we design groutability test,uniaxial compressive strength test and permeability test to study the influence law and results of different factors on groutability and grouting reinforcement effect under the premise of complete grout-ability.The results show that when the water cement ratio is 1.5∶1,the strength of grouting reinforcement has reached the standard of field application,and the impermeability effect is almost the same and good as that when the water cement ratio is 1∶1.When the curing age is 14 d,the strength of grouting reinforcement under the two conditions of water cement ratio of 1∶1 and 1.5∶1 reaches the standard of field application,and the impermeability effect is almost the same and good as that when the curing age is 28 d.Ac-cording to the research conclusions and field practice,the slurry with a water-cement ratio of 1.5∶1 was selected and applied to the grouting project.After grouting,the water absorption rate of each borehole was not greater than the critical value of 0.01 L/(min·m·m),and the grouting amount decreased from an average of 1 317.81 t to an average of 80.2 t.The grouting effect is obvi-ous and good,which provides a guarantee for the safe mining of the mine and the ecological protection of water resources in the western mining area.
