Controlling the powder content of limestone in aggregate mines is of great significance to the high-quality development and economic benefits of mines.Taking a thin-layer limestone mine as an example,on the basis of analyzing the impact of high aggregate powder content, through the comprehensive application of engineering blasting technology and combining with the actual production on site, the blast hole delay time, blast hole charging structure and blast hole network are adjusted,so as to design three kinds of blasting schemes to carry out experiments. The test results show that by reducing the delay time between holes from 17 ms to 9 ms,increasing the overall delay time between rows from 132 ms to 147 ms,and adopting interval charging, when the overall stemming length is 7.5 m,the blasting effect is better, the blasting powder rate is significantly reduced, and the bulk rate is significantly improved. After the area of the blast hole network is increased to 49.5 m2,the rock blasting effect is not affected. Therefore, the unit consumption of explosives is effectively reduced, and the production cost is saved.
