一种新型数码电子雷管引火药剂安全应用研究

为了研究一种安全可靠的新型电子雷管引火药剂,设计了新型DDNP-KP系引火药剂配方,同时创新了一种新的引火药生产工艺,即采用DDNP-KP 高敏感性引火药剂作为内层发火药.KP系低敏感药剂作为外层引火药剂的生产工艺,在保障发火可靠的同时降低了安全生产风险.通过试验对新型复合药剂在数码电子雷管引火元件上的应用可靠性进行分析验证,结果表明,用该引火药头装配的电子雷管产品质量符合《工业数码电子雷管》标准要求.
Study on safety application of a new type of digital electronic detonator ignition agent
In order to study a new type of safe and reliable electronic detonator ignition agent,a new DDNP-KP ignition agent formula is designed,and a new ignition agent production process is innovated,which uses high sensitivity ignition agent DDNP-KP as the inner layer ignition agent and uses low sensitivity agent KP as the outer layer ignition agent.It greatly reduces safety production risks while ensuring reliable ignition.The application reliability of the new composite agent on the ignition components of the digital electronic detonator is analyzed and verified by experiments.The results show that the quality of the electronic detonator assembled with this ignition head meets the requirements of the Industrial Digital Electronic Detonator standard.
