Smooth blasting of railway slow slope under complex environment
In order to optimize the smooth blasting design of railway slow slope under complex environment, based on the subgrade engineering project of 296 m long Zhuangshuxia tunnel in the newly built HSHZQ-1 section of Shanghai-Huzhou railway, through the regional division and comparative blasting test on the slope of the test section, the influence of stable drilling measures on the drilling effect of inclined hole, the comparison of the smooth blasting effect between the design of vertical blast hole and the design of inclined blast hole, and the influence of blast hole parameters and charge structure optimization on the smooth blasting effect are analyzed. The results show that the stability drilling measures have a significant effect on the drilling effect of the slow slope, the proportion of blastholes that meet the design angle(error±2°)increase from 41.7%to 91.7%.And,the spacing of auxiliary holes are reduced in a certain range, which is helpful to reduce the bulk rate of blasting pile.Furthermore, the reduction of smooth blasting hole spacing and the cancellation of weakening section in charge structure design can improve the half-hole rate, slope flatness and smooth blasting effect to a certain extent. The test results also have certain reference value for smooth blasting engineering of gentle slopes.
