一种无人机火箭助推器用点火器的设计与性能探究

介绍了一种点火器结构、发火元件、主装药剂及引火药剂的设计与选择,采用半导体桥式发火元件,利用两种相容性较好的引火药剂制作引火元件,内层药剂发火可靠性好、外层药剂能量密度高且反应迅速,提升了引火元件的综合性能.对该点火器的点火输出压强指标进行了重点探究,试验结果表明,在590 mL容腔内,其点火输出压强不小于 5.5 MPa,作用时间不大于 100 ms.对该点火器的其他性能进行了验证,表明该点火器电性能优越,发火可靠性高,满足无人机火箭助推器的使用要求,具有很好的应用前景.
Design and performance exploration of an igniter for a UAV rocket booster
This article introduces the design and selection of structure,ignition components,main charge agent,and ignition agent of an igniter.A semiconductor bridge ignition component,and two compatible ignition agents are used to make the ignition components.The inner layer agent of the ignition component has good ignition reliability,the outer layer agent has high energy density and the reaction is fast.Therefore,the comprehensive performance of the ignition components is improved.The ignition output pressure index of the igniter is mainly studied.The experimental results show that in a 590 mL chamber,the ignition output pressure is not less than 5.5 MPa,and the action time is not more than 100 ms.And other properies of the igniter are verified too.The results indicate that this igniter has superior electrical performance and high ignition reliability,meets the operation requirements of the UAV rocket boosters,and has good application prospects.
