Study on DDNP vacuum negative pressure hot-air drying method
In order to study the application of DDNP vacuum negative pressure hot air drying method in automatic and continuous production line,experimental study is carried out from aspects of vacuum degree,drying temperature,drying time and combination method.The study results show that when drying temperature is 60-65℃ and drying time is 3.5-4.5 h,the vacuum negative pressure hot air drying method is the most ideal.Furthermore,when vacuum negative pressure is from-45 to-35 kPa,it is combined with tap water without alcohol dehydration,the continuous and automatic production of DDNP primary explosive can be realized in the process of ingredients,combination,drying and reagent screening,and generated wastewater can meet discharge standard.
