介绍复杂环境下一种盾构区间基岩及孤石超前预处理的方法,结合地勘资料及现场环境,采用深孔控制爆破方法对盾构段深层基岩及孤石进行处理,选择合理的爆破参数及微差网路延时,采取多道覆盖防护及钻大孔径减振孔等多项针对性安全防护措施,并取得良好的爆破效果,缩短了工期,同时有效地降低了盾构开挖成本,为类似工程提供参考.
Blasting pretreatment of underground bedrock and solitary rock in shield section under complex environment
This paper introduces an advanced pretreatment method of bedrock and solitary rock in shield section under complex environment.Combined with the geological survey data and field environment,the deep-hole controlled blasting method is used to deal with the bedrock and solitary rock in shield section,reasonable blasting parameters and microsecond network delay are selected,and multiple safety protection measures are taken,such as multi-channel coverage protection,drilling large aperture vibration reduction holes,etc.Finaly,good blasting effect is obtained,construction period is shortened,and the cost of shield excavation is effectively reduced,which provides a reference for similar projects.
