Numerical simulation research on pre-breaking blasting of collapsed columns
The existence of collapsed columns has caused great troubles to coal mine production. In order to study the pre-breaking blasting of coal seams and the surrounding collapsed columns limestone,LS-DYNA software is used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the crack propagation at the interface between soft and hard rocks.Numerical calculation results show that the explosion stress wave generates the Hopkinson effect at the interface of soft and hard rock, promoting the growth of cracks at the blast hole and interface. When the hole spacing is a specific length, the explosive energy can be fully utilized, and, good pre-breaking and cracking effects can be obtained.
