摘要

本研究旨在基于前期筛选和驯化获取抗污能力较强的蛋白核小球藻,将其接种到市政污水处理厂的初沉池出水与污泥消化液不同比例(1∶0、3∶1、1∶1、1∶3和0∶1)混合的污水中,研究污水中小球藻生长速率、油脂产率以及污染物去除率.结果表明,在比例为3∶1的污水中培养小球藻可以获得最高的藻浓度(0.704 g/L).利用比例为1∶1的污水培养小球藻,可以获得最佳的总体产油效果,产油率达到36.29%.小球藻对5种比例污水的NH4+-N、TN和PO4--P均表现出较好的去除效果,但对化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果不佳,且在培养过程中NO3--N浓度一直处于较低水平.小球藻对比例为1∶0、3∶1和1∶1污水中的TP有较好的去除效果,而对比例为1∶3和0∶1污水中的TP去除效果不佳.综合考虑,初沉池出水与污泥消化液比例为3∶1时培养小球藻是较为合适的选择.

Abstract

This study was conducted using Chlorella pyrenoidosa based on previous screening and do-mestication.The Chlorella was inoculated into sewage mixed with the effluent from the primary sedimen-tation tank and sludge digestion liquid in different proportions(1∶0,3∶1,1∶1,1∶3,and 0∶1),observing the growth rate and oil yield of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,as well as the pollutant removal rate in the sewage.The results indicated that the highest algal concentration of 0.704 g/L was achieved when Chlorella was cultured in sewage with a ratio of 3∶1.Furthermore,the best oil production effect and maximum oil production rate of 36.29%were observed when Chlorella was cultured in sewage with a ra-tio of 1∶1.Chlorella demonstrated effective removal of NH4+-N,TN,and PO43--P in sewage across all ratios,but had a poor removal effect on COD.Additionally,the concentration of NO3-N remained con-sistently low throughout the culture process.Chlorella exhibited better removal of TP in sewage with ra-tios of 1∶0,3∶1,and 1∶1,while the ratios of 1∶3 and 0∶1 showed less effective removal.Over-all,the most favorable Chlorella culture was achieved in sewage with a ratio of 3∶1.
