基于膜分离的沼气及烟气CO2捕集技术应用进展

在实现"碳达峰、碳中和"目标过程中,碳捕集技术成为当下研究热点之一。目前,碳捕集技术主要包括吸收法、吸附法、膜分离法等。在众多碳捕集技术中,膜分离法利用气体分子在膜内渗透速率的差异实现分离,具有节能、高效、操作方便且无二次污染等优势,是近些年发展迅速的CO2捕集技术。在过去的几十年里,虽然在文献中有许多种不同的碳捕集膜材料被报道,其CO2分离性能远超Robeson上限,但只有少数膜材料被应用于工业过程中,或正在向工业应用方向发展。事实上,许多膜的研究在实验室规模下进行,测试膜面积较小,且对于膜分离法的实际应用报告较少。结合工业CO2分离/捕集过程,介绍了商业膜和经过中试规模测试的膜的应用,分析了膜分离技术用于沼气脱碳和烟气碳捕集的试验进展及工程应用案例,并针对当前存在的问题,提出对未来基于膜分离法的工业碳捕集的发展方向的建议。
Recent progress of membrane-based CO2 capture from biogas and flue gas
Carbon capture technologies,including absorption,adsorption,and membrane separation,have emerged as one of the research hotspots,in the process of achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Membrane separation,which relies on the difference in gas permeability,offers advan-tages such as energy saving,high efficiency,ease of operation,and absence of secondary pollution,leading to significant advancements in recent years.Over the past few decades,researchers have repor-ted a variety of different carbon capture membrane materials in the literature with CO2 separation per-formance exceeding the Robeson upper bound.However,only a few of these membrane materials have been implemented in industrial processes or are currently under consideration for industrial-scale appli-cations.In fact,many membrane studies have been conducted on a laboratory scale with small mem-brane areas,resulting in limited information on the practical applicability of membrane separation.This paper combines the industrial CO2 separation or capture process to introduce the applications of both commercially available membranes and those still under development.It reviews the experimental pro-gress and engineering application cases of membrane separation technology for biogas decarbonization and flue gas carbon capture.Finally,considering the existing challenges,the paper proposes suggestions for the future development direction of membrane separation carbon capture.
