摘要

为了更加高效地对矿用电动单轨吊的动力锂电池进行健康状态实时监控和预警,设计了一种针对锂电池组的监控系统,采用STM32作为主控芯片,系统包括电压、电流、温度以及振动加速度等在内的电池组运行状态信息的监控,当监测到数据发生异常时会发出预警提示,并采取自动断开电源等操作.试验测试结果表明,能够对电池进行实时监控,并将所测得的数据在上位机实时显示并进行分析处理,具有采集精度高、稳定性好等特点,为动力锂电池安全使用和保障提供参考.

Abstract

In order to more efficiently monitor and warn the health status of the power lithium battery of the electric monorail crane for mining,a monitoring system for lithium battery pack was designed.STM32 is used as the main control chip,and the system monitors the operating status information of the battery pack including voltage,current,temperature and vibration acceleration.When the data is detected abnormally,it will send an early warning and automatically disconnect the power supply.The experimental test results showed that the battery could be monitored in real time,and the measured data could be displayed and analyzed in real time on the host computer,which had the characteristics of high acquisition accuracy and good stability,and provided references for the safe use and guarantee of power lithium battery.
