摘要

设计了一种融合5G通信技术的采煤机主控制器.5G控制器具有以太网、CAN、485/422、Wi-Fi等通信接口,从而实现采煤机身传感器信息、控制机器动作、与显示屏人机交互.控制器内置5G通信模组,可直接接入5G环网,实现与工作面其他设备的数据交互.借助5G通信的高带宽、低延时,可以实现采煤机与工作面其他设备实时通信.将5G通信集成在控制器内部,减少了外接5G设备造成的易损坏、数据转发时延长的问题,进一步发挥了 5G通信的优势.

Abstract

A main controller of coal winning machine that integrates 5G communication technology was designed.5G controller has Ethernet,CAN,485/422,Wi-Fi and other communication interfaces,so as to collect fuselage sensor information,control machine action,and human-computer interaction with the display screen.The built-in 5G communication module of the controller can directly access the 5G ring network to realize data interaction with other devices on the working surface.With the high bandwidth and low delay of 5G communication,the coal winning machine can realize real-time communication with other equipment on the working face.The integration of 5G communication in the controller reduces the problems of easy damage and long data forwarding delay caused by external 5G equipment,and further exerts the advantages of 5G communication.
