Design and Implementation of 3D Dynamic Monitoring Interface for Roadheader
At present,traditional monitoring software for tunneling machine equipment generally uses configuration software to design monitoring interfaces,using two-dimensional images and digital text to display equipment status.The display effect of equipment status is not intuitive enough,and the software system compatibility is poor.A design and implementation method for a three-dimensional dynamic monitoring interface of a tunneling machine was proposed to address the above issues.This method was developed based on C++and dynamically displayed the equipment status of the tunneling machine through a three-dimensional model.At the same time,it combines data such as system voltage,current and temperature of main modules,system status,and log information to complete the monitoring of the entire tunneling machine status.The on-site experimental results showed that the three-dimensional dynamic monitoring interface of the tunneling machine implemented in this design could comprehensively and efficiently displayed the various motion states and parameter indicators of the tunneling machine,had good compatibility,and could adapt to different equipment environments.
