Design and Application of Integrated Rotating Device for Mining Cable Installation Bracket Welding
In welding production,it is often necessary to use some fixtures and tools to ensure the quality of product processing.The cable installation bracket for mining scraper machines has a complex structure and is prone to deformation during welding.The interchangeability requirement is high,and there are certain quality hazards in the production process.Through a systematic analysis of the structure of the cable installation bracket for mining scraper machines and the characteristics of welding deformation,a safe and reliable method was proposed.The design scheme of an integrated rotating device for the installation of cable trays,brackets,and welding of mining scraper machines with convenient operation improves the efficiency and accuracy of welding,while optimizing welding parameters and sequence to fundamentally prevent and solve the impact of welding deformation on the interchangeability of cable installation brackets.Furthermore,it can improve the overall product quality and achieve high production efficiency and safety.
