Research on Chamber Excavation Technology of Pneumatic Material Transfer Station in Guqiao Coal Mine
To solve Guqiao coal mine 1121(3)pneumatic conveying station cavern excavation,construction efficiency is low,a large amount of gangue and staff labor intensity and poor safety technical problems,through the cavern excavation construction technology and method of research,decided to adopt method of blasting rock cavern excavation construction and stratified excavation method,and cooperate with roadway repair machine for gangue working.The results showed that the set of technologies and equipment construction efficiency was high,safety was good,personnel labor intensity was small,and economic benefits was good.The average working efficiency of roadway repair machine is 15 m3/shift,which is 13.6 times higher than that of manual gangue efficiency.It can provide technical and equipment support for similar mine chamber excavation construction.
