为提高反冲洗喷射器的工作性能,采用工作流场模拟分析和试验验证相结合的方法,在此基础上,通过改变喷射器结构尺寸及工作参数,分析其对性能的影响,包括灵敏度的影响,最后利用Workbench中多目标优化得到最佳的工作点.
Flow Field Simulation and Structural Optimization of a Backwash Ejector
To improve the performance of the backwash ejector,a combination of working flow field simulation analysis and experimental verification was adopted.Based on this,the impact of changing the structure size and working parameters of the ejector on performance,including sensitivity,was analyzed.Finally,the optimal working point was obtained through multi-objective optimization in Workbench.
