摘要

研究旨在对进口 MB670型掘锚机的数据接口进行升级,并将其人机交互界面升级为矿鸿系统,配备掘锚机显示终端.通过这一升级,实现对掘锚机各种运行数据的实时显示,并进一步将其扩展到手机应用程序,使用户可以通过手机的大屏幕和便携性来监控和控制掘锚机.这一升级方案的实施有效地打破了掘锚机信息孤岛的现象,实现了接口的开放、数据的交互和共享.同时,该方案还为矿井构建统一标准和统一架构的互联网平台提供了助力,加速了煤矿智能化升级的进程.该研究使掘锚机的性能和操作效率得到显著提升,为煤矿行业的现代化转型和智能化升级做出了贡献.

Abstract

The data interface of the imported MB670 excavator anchor integrated machine was aimed to upgrade and its human-machine interaction interface was upgraded to the Kuanghong system,equipped with a display terminal for the excavator anchor integrated machine.Through this upgrade,real-time display of various operational data of the excavator anchor integrated machine has been achieved,and it has been further extended to mobile applications,allowing users to monitor and control the excavator anchor integrated machine through the large screen and portability of their phones.The implementation of this upgrade plan effectively broke the phenomenon of information silos in excavator anchor integrated machine,achieved open interfaces,data exchange and sharing.At the same time,this plan also provided assistance for the construction of an internet platform with unified standards and architecture for mines,accelerated the process of intelligent upgrading of coal mines.Through this study,the performance and operational efficiency of the excavator anchor integrated machine have been significantly improved,making a contribution to the modernization and intelligent upgrading of the coal mining industry.
