Research and Application of Front and Back Non-axis Double Helix Wet Concrete Spraying Machine
At present,most of the underground concrete spraying machines in China are rotor type structures,which use wind power to transport the mixture for dry spraying process.However,dry spraying has problems such as high dust concentration and high rebound rate during concrete spraying.In order to solve the problems of high rebound rate of shotcrete material,large amount of dust in the working space,low labor efficiency,uneven mixing of shotcrete materials,and low concrete strength in the dry shotcrete process,reduce the occurrence of pneumoconiosis among on-site workers,improve the working environment,optimize the mixing effect of shotcrete materials,and compare the characteristics of shotcrete machines at home and abroad.Taking the gas treatment bottom rock roadway of the fourth mining area of Zhongxing Coal Industry in Fenxi,Shanxi Province as the background,a set of non-axis double helix wet concrete shotcrete machine was developed,and numerical simulation experiments were conducted on the non-axis double helix mixing device.This non-axis double helix mixing device provides technical support for the full hydration reaction between shotcrete material and water.Through on-site experiments,the dust concentration in the spraying operation area is between 8~10 mg/m3,wet concrete spraying machine with a spraying capacity of 8 m3/h.Compared to ordinary dry shotcrete machines,concrete prepared using wet shotcrete machines has a 65%increase in strength.Practice showed that the wet concrete spraying machine using a non-axis double helix mixing mechanism had significant improvements in improving spraying efficiency,strengthening the stress state of surrounding rock,and improving the working environment for workers.
