煤矿综采工作面智能化开采面临如何准确定位采煤机截割滚筒与液压支架护帮板相对距离,以避免采煤机与液压支架护帮板联动过程中产生碰撞的问题.通过分析当前3D毫米波雷达应用在采煤机防碰撞领域的不足,提出将4D毫米波雷达应用在采煤机防碰撞领域的构想并对此展开研究.从4D毫米波雷达的算力与GB/T 3836.4对于本质安全型"ib"设备供电参数限制之间的适配角度,研究设计4D毫米波雷达的系统;同时在常用的雷达点云预处理算法基础上,针对综采工作面这一特殊工况环境,研究可以适用于采煤机防碰撞检测的4D毫米波雷达点云预处理算法,为最终开发基于4D毫米波雷达的采煤机防碰撞检测装置提供基础支撑.
Application of Millimeter Wave Radar in Collision Prevention of Coal Winning Machines
The intelligent mining of coal mine fully mechanized working face faces the problem of accurately positioning the relative distance between the cutting drum of the coal winning machine and the hydraulic support support plate,in order to avoid collision during the linkage process between the coal winning machine and the hydraulic support plate.The shortcomings of the current application of 3D millimeter wave radar in the field of coal winning machine collision prevention were analyzed,the idea of applying 4D millimeter wave radar in the field of coal winning machine collision prevention was proposed,and research was conducted on this.The 4D millimeter wave radar system was studied and designed from the perspective of the adaptation between the computing power of the 4D millimeter wave radar and the GB 3836.4 power supply parameter limits for intrinsically safe"ib"equipment.At the same time,based on commonly used radar point cloud preprocessing algorithms,a4D millimeter wave radar point cloud preprocessing algorithm suitable for collision detection of coal winning machines was studied in the special working environment of fully mechanized mining faces,providing basic support for the final development of collision detection devices for coal winning machines based on 4D millimeter wave radar.
