Research and Application of Intelligent Control of Coal Flow in Mataihao Coal Mine
In order to solve the problem of unbalanced coal flow and overloading or even crushing the belt conveyor when there is no buffer coal bin underground in coal mines,AI technology was used to identify the amount of coal,establish a model,and intelligently adjust the speed of the belt conveyor to achieve coal flow balance control and eliminate electricity waste and belt conveyor overload.At the same time,AI technology was used to identify foreign objects on the coal flow,preventing foreign objects from damaging the tape.Through the study of intelligent control of coal flow,the effects of coal flow balance production,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and equipment failure reduction have been achieved.This control system has promotional significance in the coal flow system of mines.
